According to the "Guidelines for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" (Announcement No. 51 of 2020 by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), the holder of the registration certificate or their designated agent must submit the annual report on new chemical substances before April 30th each year, starting from the year following the registration date, as stipulated in Article 41, Paragraph 2 of the "Measures for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" (Order No. 12 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment).
