How should the regular registration certificate for new chemical substances obtained under China's MEP Decree No. 7 comply with post-registration management requirements?

Follow the requirements set out in the "Announcement on Relevant Transitional Matters for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" (Announcement No. 46 of 2020 by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment). The public disclosure of chemical identification information in the "Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China" and applications for extensions should be conducted in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Measures for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" (Order No. 12 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment).
