Under China's MEP Decree No. 7, is it necessary to change the simplified registration certificate for new chemical substances to a filing form?

According to Article 53 of the "Measures for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" (Order No. 12 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), registrations processed under the "Measures for the Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances" (Decree No. 7 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection) and the "Measures for the Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances" (Order No. 17 of the State Environmental Protection Administration) remain valid after the implementation of the "Measures". The simplified registration certificate obtained under Decree No. 7 should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Announcement on Relevant Transitional Matters for the Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" (Announcement No. 46 of 2020 by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment).
