Canada Mandates Reporting on More Than 300 PFAS

On July 27th, pursuant to Section 71 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA), the Canadian government will require businesses (including those importing PFAS in finished products) to investigate their supply chains and provide data to the government within the next six months. Submitters have approximately six months to provide this information, with the reporting deadline set for January 29th.
