For the registration of new chemical substances under China's MEE Order No. 12, can the application form still be modified after clicking "Print" online before submission?

Once the "Print" button is clicked, the system automatically assigns a unique identification SN number to the application. Therefore, the application form cannot be modified or edited after clicking "Print".
