Please log on to the website of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China's Ecological and Environmental Protection Service Hall (http://zwfw.mee.gov.cn), click on "New Chemical Substances", select "Event Reporting" in "13002 New Chemical Substances Environmental Management Registration Certificate Issuance Approval Matters" column, and enter the "Measures for Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances in China" (MEE Order No.12) Event Reporting (New System)" according to the instructions. Click "More", select "Application for Adding to the List", and submit the online application according to the requirements.
