The reporting website and path are as follows: Log in to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China's government service hall website (http://zwfw.mee.gov.cn), select "new chemical substances category", click on the "13002 new chemical substances environmental management registration certificate issuance approval items" column's "application reporting", and enter the "Measures for Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances in China (MEE Order No.12) Application Reporting Entry (New System)" according to the prompt. Click on "regular registration" and click on "annual report" to fill in the report.
