According to the New Environmental Management Registration Guide for Chemical Substances (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Announcement No. 51, 2020), the first activity report shall be filled in online through the online registration system, output, sign and seal, and then uploaded to the online registration system. Fill in the URL and path as: Log in to the website of the Government Affairs Service Hall of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, PRC (http://zwfw.mee.gov.cn), select "New Chemical Substances", and click "Event Declaration" in the column of "Matters for approval and issuance of Environmental Management Registration Certificate of New Chemical Substances 13002". According to the prompts, enter the entry of "New Chemical Substances Environmental Management Registration Regulations" (MEE Order No.12) Item Declaration (New System) ", click on "Routine registration" or "simple registration" item, and then click on "First Activity Report" to fill in the report.
