How can a third party assist an applicant to complete a new chemical substance registration application through the online registration system?

The "third party" enterprise needs to register an account on the government affairs service platform, log in to the new chemical substance online registration system, select "third party filling in" in the corresponding items, enter the SN number and key delivered by the applicant as prompted, and complete the form filling.
