ECHA Implements Single Administrative Fee for Incorrect Company Size Declarations in Joint Authorization Applications

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) charges only one administrative fee for joint authorization applications that contain incorrect declarations of company size. The fee amount is determined based on the size of the largest applicant and came into effect from July 22, 2024.
