You can use an account registered on the government services platform to log in to the online registration system for new chemical substances. Enterprises that have not registered an account on the government services platform should visit http://zwfw.mee.gov.cn/ecdomain/#/commonPage_1, and click "Register" in the upper right corner to complete the registration for new corporate users.
