How to determine whether a product needs to be declared as a hazardous chemical?
Date:Jul 23, 2024

To determine if a product is a hazardous chemical, it is crucial to check whether it falls under the scope of the "Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals" (2015 edition). After checking the latest edition of the "Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals," it is found that cinnamon oil is not classified as a hazardous chemical.

Customs Reminder: According to the "Announcement on Issues Concerning the Inspection and Supervision of Imported and Exported Hazardous Chemicals and the Packaging Thereof" (Customs Administration Announcement No. 129 of 2020), customs will conduct inspections on the import and export of hazardous chemicals listed in the national "Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals" (2015 edition).
