If such products are classified as hazardous chemicals according to their hazard classification and meet the criteria for hazardous chemicals, they should be managed as hazardous chemicals by the enterprise. However, if these products are not listed in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals and do not meet the 70% rule, they do not fulfill the requirements of entry 2828 in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals. Therefore, these products do not need to undergo the safety production licensing process and do not need to be stored in a qualified specialized warehouse. Nonetheless, the warehouse used should still meet fire safety standards and other requirements to ensure safety.
