Taiwan Expands Controlled Substances List, Adds New Narcotics and Precursors Effective July 2024

Taiwan amended the Categories and Items of Narcotics, adding Hexahydrocannabinol and Hexahydrocannabihexol to Category two narcotics, and listing N-Methylpseudoephedrine and 3,4-Methylenedioxyphenyl-2-propanone as precursors for Category four narcotics, effective from July 16, 2024.
