The primary ingredients of the substance do not appear in China's "Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals"; however, the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) indicates a hazard classification. Does this mean the substance is a hazardous chemical? Should the company treat it as such for management purposes?
Date:Jul 17, 2024

Please consult an organization with the appropriate capabilities to conduct a physical hazard assessment of the chemical to determine if it is classified as a hazardous chemical. If it is classified as a hazardous chemical, determine whether the nature of the business involves the production, management, storage, or use of hazardous chemicals, and manage accordingly based on the regulations of the local emergency management department.
