New Substances Added to the Supplementary List of Controlled Non-Medical Use Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs

Recently, the Ministry of Public Security, the National Health Commission, and the National Medical Products Administration, in accordance with the "Regulations on the control of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances" and the "Management Measures for Non-Medical Use Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs," jointly issued the "Announcement on the Inclusion of 46 Substances, including Brorphine, in the Supplementary List of Controlled Non-Medical Use Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs". The notice will come into effect on July 1, 2024.

The 46 newly included substances in the "Supplementary Catalogue of Controlled Non-Medical Use Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs" mainly include Brorphine, Metonitazene, 2-Methyl-AP-237, and Etazene, among others. For details, please see the attachment.
