It also specifies the names, descriptions, customs commodity codes, and units for the items listed in the Dual-Use Items Export Control List, the Nuclear Export Control List, and for technologies and precursor chemicals in the Export License Management Catalog for Dual-Use Items and Technologies. This is applicable to the management activities for import licenses for dual-use items and technologies.
