This document specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, product consistency inspection, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and storage for fluorocarbon resin powder coatings. It is applicable to powder coatings made from cross-linked fluorocarbon resins such as trifluorochloroethylene-vinyl ether (ester) and tetrafluoroethylene-vinyl ether or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin as the main film-forming substances, with the addition of pigments, fillers, additives, and curing agents. These products are mainly used for the decoration and protection of surfaces of aluminum profiles, curtain wall metal panels, petrochemical facilities and equipment, bridge metal parts, home appliances, etc.
