On May 10, 2024, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine issued a notice approving the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation. Resolution No. 539/2024 was published on May 15, 2024, and will come into effect on November 15, 2024. The Ukraine CLP Regulation specifies the technical requirements for the classification, labeling, and packaging of chemicals and is applicable to the classification, labeling, and related activities of chemicals in Ukraine.
