This regulation specifies permits for the transportation of dangerous goods by road, management of special vehicles and equipment, road transportation of dangerous goods, supervision and inspection, and legal liabilities. It applies to commercial road transportation of dangerous goods and non-commercial transportation by vehicles owned by an entity for its own use, and related regulatory activities, excluding military transportation of dangerous goods.

The provisions of November 10, 2023, replace the Provisions on the Administration of Road Transport of Dangerous Goods (2019 Amendment) (Ministry of Transport Decree No. 42 of 2019).
