This announcement specifies the connection matters concerning the environmental management registration of new chemical substances from Order No. 7 to Order No. 12, including provisions for regular declaration connections, simplified declaration connections, revocation of registration certificates in accordance with the law, and approval connections before and after the implementation of Order No. 12. It is applicable to environmental management registration of new chemical substances engaged in research, production, import, and processing and use activities within the territory of the People's Republic of China, except for new chemical substances stored in customs special supervision areas after import and exported without any processing.
