This law details the national export control policies, control lists, and control measures (including general regulations, dual-use items export management, military products export management); supervisory management; and legal responsibilities. The national export controls on dual-use items, military products, nuclear, and other items related to maintaining national security and interests, fulfilling non-proliferation and other international obligations (collectively referred to as controlled items) are applicable under this law.
