This law establishes the safety production assurance for production and business units, the rights and obligations of employees in safety production, the supervision and management of safety production, the emergency rescue and investigation of production safety accidents, and the principal legal responsibilities. It is applicable to the safety production and related work supervision and management of units engaged in production and business activities within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
