This part details the terms, definitions, classification standards, determination logic, and labeling for chemicals harmful to the ozone layer, following the United Nations Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals(GHS). It is applicable to the classification and labeling of chemicals harmful to the ozone layer, but not to equipment, articles, and electrical appliances containing ozone-depleting substances (such as refrigerators or air conditioning equipment).
