This regulation will replace the Administrative Measures for the Import and Export of Ozone Depleting Substances (2019 Amendment) starting from May 1, 2025. The previous regulation was issued as Order No. 26 by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Commerce, and the General Administration of Customs, and amended by Order No. 7 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
