This notice stipulates the data declaration of national monitored chemicals and the declaration work under the Chemical Weapons Convention (hereinafter referred to as the "Convention"), including general provisions, data declaration procedures and time limit requirements, data review procedures and requirements, submission of annual national declarations, correction or supplementary declarations, maintenance of the account of the Convention Chemicals Data Collection and Declaration System. It is applicable to the enterprises of monitored chemicals within the territory of the People's Republic of China for regular or irregular filling of relevant forms of the National Monitored Chemicals Statistical Survey System, and for cooperating with the competent authorities of industry and information technology to complete the national declaration and supplementary declaration, correction declaration and other work as required by the Convention.
