This guidance specifies the explanation and guidance on the warehouse entry and exit information management and traceability code construction for dangerous chemicals in Shanghai, including architecture design requirements, data interfacing and network environment, field definitions related to the full-process supervision of dangerous chemicals and relevant API interfaces, operation manuals for enterprises' traceability of dangerous chemicals, mobile-end traceability operation manuals for dangerous chemicals, traceability operation manuals for user enterprises, guidance for upgrading the warehouse entry and exit information system, current promotion plans for various enterprises, and detailed descriptions of recent system optimizations. It is applicable to enterprises in Shanghai holding licenses for the production, use, operation (warehousing), or operation (with storage facilities) of hazardous chemicals. Compared to version 1.2, adjustments have been made to the structural content of Appendix 1, which defines fields for the full-process supervision of dangerous chemicals. New additions include Appendix 7, which provides promotion plans for various enterprises, and Appendix 8, which offers detailed descriptions of recent system optimizations. The guidance also consolidates updates to the "Shanghai Municipal Dangerous Chemicals Traceability Code Management Subsystem," updates to system interfaces, and a FAQ summary addressing common enterprise issues.
