Main Content:
This law specifies the requirements for safety and health management systems, safety and health education, hazard and risk prevention measures, prevention of occupational accidents during contracting, measures for harmful and dangerous machinery, prevention measures for hazardous and dangerous substances, employee health management, occupational safety and health officers, labor inspectors, and other related matters. It is applicable to all enterprises, however, considering factors such as the degree of hazard or danger, type of enterprise, number of long-term workers at the workplace (or, in the case of construction projects, the number of construction projects), this law may not fully or partially apply to any type of enterprise or workplace specified by Presidential Decree.
