This rule specifies the delegated matters and necessary implementations under the Consumer Chemical Products and Biocides Safety Act (K-BPR) in South Korea, including general provisions, management of consumer chemical products, safety management of biocides, post-management of consumer chemical products and biocides, and the establishment of a foundation for the safety management of consumer chemical products and biocides. It is applicable to the safety management of biocide products, biocide handling products, and consumer chemical products in South Korea.
