This regulation, based on Articles 18, 19, 20(3), 22, 31(2), and 32(4) of the Water Pollution Control Act, details management practices for runoff wastewater, pretreatment facilities, integration into sewage systems, soil treatment, contractual processing, pipeline ocean discharge, dilution and storage, recycling, discharge and other wastewater management practices, including the use of sludge in agriculture (excluding pig farms with fewer than 200 pigs), detection, and reporting management. It is applicable to the prevention, detection, and reporting of water pollution in the Taiwan Region.
