This regulation outlines the import and export, quota application, and supervision and inspection of substances that deplete the ozone layer, and is applicable to activities involving the import and export of substances listed in the List of Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) that Are Controlled for Import and Export in China in any form. It also covers the transport of these substances into or out of the People's Republic of China via donation, sample, advertising items, returns, etc. Where other laws and regulations specify differently, their provisions apply.
