This announcement specifies the scope of inspection and supervision of imported and exported hazardous chemicals, the procedures and materials for inspection reporting by the consignee or their agent of imported hazardous chemicals, the information provided by the consignor or their agent to the customs when inspecting exported hazardous chemicals, the guarantee by enterprises engaged in the import and export of hazardous chemicals that the hazardous chemicals shall meet the requirements, and the inspection of imported and exported hazardous chemicals and the packaging used.
