This guideline details the definition, production, operation of diesel by enterprises, mixtures or chemicals whose hazardous properties are not yet determined, hazardous chemical classification information, and transportation requirements related to hazardous chemicals in the Hazardous Chemicals Catalog (2015 Edition). It is applicable to the implementation of the Hazardous Chemicals Catalog (2015 Edition), for safety regulatory departments at all levels to determine the hazardous properties of hazardous chemicals, and to provide targeted guidance for enterprises to take effective precautionary measures based on the hazardous properties of the hazardous chemicals they are involved with, enhancing safety production work. The diesel section in this guideline was modified on October 13, 2022, and the revised catalog has been implemented since January 1, 2023.
