Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau

The Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau is an institution of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. According to the "Notice of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the 'Reform Plan for the Institutions of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government'" (Document No. 17 [2008] of the General Office), the Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau is established as a directly affiliated institution of the municipal government. Its main responsibilities, internal organizational structure, and staffing regulations are defined in accordance with this notice.
