Hebei Province market supervision Administration

The Hebei Provincial Administration for Market Regulation is a direct subordinate institution of the Hebei Provincial People's Government, operating at the full-hall level, and retains the nameplate of the Hebei Provincial Intellectual Property Office. In accordance with the "Notice of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the 'Plan for Institutional Reform in Hebei Province'" (Document No. 108 [2018] of the General Office), the Provincial Administration for Market Regulation implements the guidelines, policies, and decision-making arrangements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the provincial committee regarding market supervision and regulation. It upholds and strengthens the Party's centralized and unified leadership over market supervision and regulation work.
