On July 8, 2024, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) initiated a 60-day public consultation on a proposal for unified classification and labeling (CLH) of a chemical.
The CLH process ensures uniform and transparent hazard information across Europe, involving hazard evaluations, proposed classifications and labels, public feedback, and final assessments by ECHA’s Risk Assessment Committee (RAC).
