ECHA Opens Public Consultation on CLH of a Chemical Substance

On May 6, 2024, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) initiated a public consultation on proposals for the harmonized classification and labelling (CLH) of one chemical substance. The CLH consultation lasts for 60 days (unless specified otherwise).

The procedure culminates in a meticulous review and the issuance of an opinion by ECHA’s Risk Assessment Committee (RAC).
