China Encourages Public Participation in Chemical Export Management

On November 21, 2023, China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) published the Clearance Notification for Environmental Management on Export of Toxic Chemicals (the 3rd batch in 2023) for publication. Application form and relevant materials that meeting official requirements will pass the review. The Ministry of Ecology and Environment also encourages public participation in chemical export management, which shows that China is making great efforts to safeguard the environment and public health.
