The List of Prohibited Substances is regulated in accordance with Article 35 of the Law of Malaysia Act 514, Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and 1999. The List includes substance names and their prohibited uses, which is regulated by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) in Malaysia.

► Chemicals in the List of Prohibited Substances shall be subject to their prohibited uses.

► Chemicals not included in the List of Prohibited Substances are not subject to corresponding obligations.
