The List of Goods Prohibited from Exportation and the List of Goods from Importation are jointly published by the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. Currently, the List of Goods Prohibited from Importation (Seventh Batch) and the List of Goods Prohibited from Exportation (Sixth Batch) have been released, which came into effect on January 1, 2021.
► In addition to chemicals, the two Lists also include mechanical and electrical products, raw materials from animals and plants, goods and equipment. Products that are included in these Lists shall be prohibited from import or export.
If the products are also included in other lists,relevant obligations shall be met concurrently.
